These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spinfinite, a social sweepstakes platform operated by Forever Winning LLC, a Delaware entity based in Wilmington, Delaware. Last updated: 2026.

By creating an account or otherwise accessing Spinfinite, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If any part of these no purchase necessary rules is unclear or you do not agree with a provision, you should not create an account or continue using the platform.

Player Agreement Overview

Spinfinite is a free-to-play social platform. Participation does not require any purchase, and no purchase improves a player’s odds of winning. These no purchase necessary rules apply equally to every player, regardless of whether that player ever acquires optional coin packages.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Sweeps Rules, and any posted promotional rules, form the entire agreement between you and Spinfinite regarding your use of the platform. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and a specific promotional rule, the specific promotional rule controls for that promotion only.

Spinfinite may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Spinfinite shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law prohibits arbitration of a particular claim.

You and Spinfinite each waive the right to a trial by jury. Arbitration under this clause proceeds on an individual basis only; neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

This class-action waiver is a fundamental part of the arbitration agreement between you and Spinfinite. If a court determines that the class-action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy must be severed and proceed in court, while the remainder of the arbitration agreement remains in full force.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where that court has jurisdiction and the claim qualifies under the applicable small-claims rules.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create a Spinfinite account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in social sweepstakes promotions where you reside.

Spinfinite is intended for entertainment purposes and is not available in every jurisdiction. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful in your location before creating an account or entering any promotion.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you provide is true, current, and complete.
You are creating and will maintain only one account.
You are not accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in social sweepstakes promotions is prohibited.
You are not employed by Spinfinite, its affiliates, or its immediate service providers in a role that would create a conflict of interest.

These no purchase necessary rules exist so that eligibility to play and eligibility to win never depend on whether a player has acquired any optional coin package. A free method of entry remains available to all eligible players at all times.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Spinfinite operates using two distinct virtual currencies. Gold Coins are a play-only token with no cash value; they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for money or anything of value. Sweeps Coins are a promotional token that, where legally permitted, may be redeemable for prizes according to the applicable Sweeps Rules.

Access to Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins is granted as a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use those tokens within the platform for entertainment purposes. This license does not confer ownership of the underlying software, game outcomes, or any intellectual property associated with Spinfinite.

Coin balances displayed in your account are a record of your license position within Spinfinite’s systems, not a deposit, financial instrument, or store of monetary value. Spinfinite may adjust display formats, coin mechanics, or promotional structures at its discretion, subject to these Terms and any posted Sweeps Rules.

Any redemption of Sweeps Coins is subject to identity verification, eligibility confirmation, and the specific redemption thresholds and procedures published in the Sweeps Rules in effect at the time of the redemption request.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Spinfinite is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

You must notify Spinfinite customer service promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account. Spinfinite may require additional identity verification before restoring access to a reported account.

Profile information, including your username and contact details, must remain accurate and current. Spinfinite may suspend an account while it verifies information that appears outdated, inconsistent, or incomplete, particularly where verification is needed to process a Sweeps Coin redemption or a free mail-in entry.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

Spinfinite prohibits any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the normal operation of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Creating or controlling more than one account per person or household.
Using bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
Colluding with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage.
Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended platform behavior instead of reporting them.
Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading identity or payment information.
Attempting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after purchasing optional coin packages.

Spinfinite may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate an account, and withhold or reverse any Sweeps Coin balance or pending redemption connected to the suspected violation, pending the outcome of that investigation.

Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, Spinfinite reserves the right to permanently forfeit the associated coin balances and to deny future access to the platform, in addition to any other remedy available under law.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All software, game designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content that make up Spinfinite are the property of Forever Winning LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in that content to you.

If you submit content to Spinfinite, such as a support message, contest entry, review, or forum post, you grant Spinfinite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that any content you submit is your own original work, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license described above, and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Spinfinite’s platform, branding, or software without prior written authorization from Forever Winning LLC.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

Spinfinite does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond Spinfinite’s reasonable control.

In the event of a disconnection, display error, or other technical disruption that affects an in-progress game round, Spinfinite will make reasonable efforts to reconcile the affected round based on server-side records rather than any locally cached or displayed result.

Spinfinite is not liable for any loss of coin balance, progress, or opportunity to participate that results from a technical disruption, provided Spinfinite acts reasonably to restore access and to reconcile affected accounts once the disruption is resolved.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

Spinfinite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinfinite, Forever Winning LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spinfinite and Forever Winning LLC from any claim, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by that law, and Spinfinite’s aggregate liability remains limited to the minimum extent required.

Termination and General Provisions

Spinfinite may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the Sweeps Rules, or for any other reason at its discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting customer service.

Upon termination, your license to access Spinfinite and to use any remaining Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins ends immediately, subject to any pending redemption request that was submitted in good faith prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the arbitration provisions above or by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Sweeps Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spinfinite.
